Myrna L. Kosub, 67, of Adkins, Texas, passed away on Monday, Sept. 29, 2014. She was born on March 7, 1947, in Hondo to Walter and Linda (Lenz) Schweers.
Myrna was preceded in death by her father; and brother Walter Schweers Jr.
She is survived by her loving husband, Alan Kosub; mother Linda Schweers; children Audrey Rudy and husband Thomas and Aaron Kosub and wife Mary; grandchildren Douglas Rudy, Elizabeth Rudy, Michael and Xaven Kosub, and Amanda and Steven Santana; brothers Eugene Schweers and wife Jackie and Allen Schweers and wife Donna; numerous nieces and nephews; and many loving friends.

Myrna, perhaps I should wait until I get more information...until others contribute their comments. However, I also feel that I should get this in writing now as I'm somewhat surprised to hear of your passing. I knew of your your ill health from your former sister-in-law [I believe she is]--Walter's ex-wife? But, I was hoping you were on an upswing and feeling better and that you might be at the Oct. 50th class reunion. I'm am already missing that reunion with you...to see you again...to see your sweet face and to recount some old times together in study hall and that history class we had together. My deepest sympathies to you family as now they've lost both you and Walter in close succession of time--too close...due to unrelated illnesses, as I understand it. Myrna, I know that you were a credit to them and a wonderful role model and muchly loved. Rest in the arms of our Savior now as your reunited with Walter and other loved ones.
