Most every morning I would walk past Mr. Vetters's office, he would be standing in the hallway by his door with a smile on his face and a kind word.  I know he could be tough if necessary but fortunately I was never on the receiveing end of that.  Rest in peace Mr. Vetter!

As with Larry, I never actually met Mr. Vetter. Saw him around the school and he always seemed nice. May he rest in peace.

Virginia, I am so sorry to hear about your father having passed away. I have many memories of him always smiling in the hallways. As a neighbor, I was always amazed by the creativity of your family. The bunkhouse in the back, the music and beautiful singing we would hear as we walked by your house, and if I remember correctly, the train setup in the basement. He was a good role model for all of us and always treated everyone fairly.

I remember Mr. Vetter not so much as our asst. principle as I do for the years he was our choir director at

Aldersgate UMC.  How he balanced the two roles was amazing.

Virginia, please accept my sympathies.
