Some folks may have had our email go into the spam or junk folder of their email.  Be sure to whitelist emails so you won't get left out.

Here's the email that went out on the 21st of February.

Apologies for the delayed announcement, but it's time to get excited because the party is back on!

This year marks a special milestone as we celebrate 60 years of spreading our wings. As we cherish the memories of those who have passed, we're thrilled to announce another gathering for the Highlands Owls of 1964.

The reunion committee has chosen the Embassy Suites Airport as our venue for the Friday night soiree. Conveniently located just off the corner of Jones-Maltsberger and 281 at 10110 Hwy. 281N, the festivities will kick off at 6:30 PM on October 4th.

We're pleased to share that, thanks to our generous funds, the committee plans to offer a selection of delectable finger foods for the meet and greet. While the menu is still being finalized, expect treats like wings, egg rolls, mozzarella sticks, and more. Have any other ideas for feeding a large group within budget? We're all ears!

Following our meet and greet, the Saturday dinner buffet tradition continues, taking place at the Fort Sam Houston Golf Course, located at 1050 Harry Wurzbach Rd., starting at 7 p.m.

Stay tuned, as sign-up forms will be available online soon, allowing you to secure your spot for what promises to be a memorable reunion.

Mark your calendars, folks! Don't forget to pencil in those dates and draw a big owl to ensure you don't miss out on the fun and camaraderie.

We're looking forward to seeing everyone there!

It is so nice to hear from you. We live in Tomball/Spring area. Where do you guys live? I assume in the Houston area. Yes health is crazy. Eva has had several back surgeries. I have had 9 heart procedures since 1996 and currently have 3 stents. I am not having any other medical problems. Ok back to a normal day. Eva and I are very involved in the Tomball Lions Club helping many families and other charity groups in the greater Tomball Community. It has been one of the most enjoyable times in our life helping others. When you help someone it is great to see the smiles on their face when they get the assistance. We are blessed that being the Treasurer of the club allows me to raise funds and provide the assistance in person. We have 1 son Steven and 3 grandchildren two are in college and oldest married and dancing around the world. Maybe we can get together for dinner to catch up on life's journey since we were in school at Highlands so many years ago. Our address in 17307 Chapel Pine Street Spring, Texas - Phone number is 713-410-6542. look forward to hearing from you.
