CHARLES DELOY BRZOZOWSKI entered this earth on January 1, 1945, in Gonzales, Texas. He went home to HEAVEN to be with Jesus on Wednesday, July 14, 2021. He was 76 years, 6 months, and 13 days old.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floy Lee Brzozowski and Thado J. Brzozowski; his sister, Margie Guckian; his two brothers, Donald J. Brzozowski and William J. Brzozowski; AND his son, Matthew Wayne Brzozowski; two grandchildren, one being Sophia Minor.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Catherine Brzozowski and their two daughters, Carrie L. Flores and Kammie E. Minor ( Nathan ) . His 5 grandchildren are Aaron S. Covey ( Laura ) , Joshua L. Covey, Isaiah A. Minor, Samuel I. Brzozowski, and Farrah A. Flores. He is survived by two sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many friends and neighbors.
Charlie was a jack of all trades. He could fix anything and everything. He could build whatever he had in his heart to do. He was the “go-to” fix-it man. He worked for Frito-Lay for 27 years on a chip route. After retiring from there, he opened his very own business, “Charlie’s Handyman Services” in 2000. He worked at this for 15 years. After closing his business, he stayed busy, and more than anything else, he loved being with his family, especially all of his grandchildren. Everyone in our family was a special treasure to him.
Charlie was a born-again Christian. He spent many hours a day reading God’s Word, because he had a hunger to hear and learn more about the Kingdom of God, and then sharing what he found out with us. Now, he has reached the end of his earthly journey, only to continue his eternal life in the presence of our Lord Jesus. He is celebrating with all who have gone home before him. We are looking forward to that day when we will be together, AND our family will, once again, be complete.
Services for Charles were held on the 23rd of July, 2021 and he is interred at Mission Park South in San Antonio.
Please keep Catherine (Rich) and his entire family in your prayers.
