I am so sad to hear of Jim's passing. He was one of my closest friends in HHS. We grew up together a few streets apart and it was Jim that got me into the Newspaper delivery business. If I remember correctly he was into raising homing pigeons and I, in turn gave it a try.
I have a lot of good memories of growing up in the southside of San Antonio and Jim is an important one of those memories.

Jimmy was a Mason and member of the Williamson Corinthian Lodge #368, Philadelphia, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents, James W. Fine, Sr. and Mildred Vogt Fine. Jimmy is survived by his sons, Chris Fine & wife Becky and Michael Fine; grandsons, Evan Fine and Colton Fine; brother, Tom Fine and nephew, Robert Fine. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Friday, February 26, 2010, at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 2 pm, Saturday, February 27 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
