John you are a Wizard of OWLS in my book but I promise not to look behind the curtain. We really needed this.
I've been in SA all these years and attended all but one of our Reunions. I still have classmates that I would love to know what they have done. For many years I owned part of a travel agency and traveled to some unusual as well as wonderful places. I'm retired from wages but not work. I do much volunteer work for my church. I have recently reconnected with some other class of 64 friends and love it.
April 1020 I returned to work part-time for Revlon. Don't laugh if you see me, the girl who never wore much make-up, working in a store. Part-time means I'm either killing myself or doing nothing at all. It's good because it still allows me to do some Spiritual Director's things too.
Since retiring I have had more time to spend with my husband. After having children in our home for 43 years, emptying nesting came in 2013. I looking forwarded to seeing what the season of life has to offer.

I would eat quick and then go to Miss Carr's advisory to be with many of my friends. I also had to go to Mr. Schubert's where I belonged. It was great that I saw them both 10 years ago at our Reunion.

I also remember that two of our teachers were Debutantes. I had one for English, Miss Padgett, that first year when parts of the school were not totally finished. We were in class and suddenly a mouse came running across the room. She killed it. The girls were stunned and the boys thought it was great. It makes me laugh now.

Miss Carr was my favorite maybe because she cared so much about us kids. I never had her for a class.
Mr. Schubert (advisory for all 6 years) was young like us and fun. I never had him either.
Mr. Bramble for typing and looking. Probably the best looking teacher at HHS.

Seeing my classmates for the first time in over 10 years others since graduation was worth so much. It's always good to know you are not the only one who has changed (a little or a lot). All the warm greeting and embraces felt so good. Let's try to get in contact with the others that did not attend and get them there the next time.
Great having one of the youngest advisory teachers so that I could also touch base with him. Visiting with Ms Carr was just like old times.
Hope to see you all again next time.
